“I became interested in doing portraits a few years back. I started with the one of my art school friend “Steve”. I like the challenge of portraiture because it has to be right. Landscapes can be very forgiving but if something is wrong with a portrait you can lose the likeness of your subject very quickly. I find I learn something new from each portrait.”
